He was always upbeat and positive yet also very down-to-earth and real when needed (e.g., when an offer probably wasn't that great of an offer and might fall through). Working with Jay was the best experience we've ever had selling our home, especially after having said offer fall through and needing to relist. He has patience in spades and was always quick to answer questions or calm us down when we were starting to get overly stressed. He went above and beyond what a "normal" realtor would do.
